
Our Furnace Maintenance Includes:
- Inspecting the unit for damages and leaks
- Replacing the furnace filter
- Inspecting the burner section
- Checking for signs of rollout and charring
- Checking sensor/ignitor leads and gas valve electrical connections
- Inspecting fan section - cleaning if necessary Inspecting blower motor for debris in fan wheel and electrical leads
- Inspecting control board and all electrical connections and components
- Testing heating operation Performing a temperature rise (supply air temp - return air temp) check manual for acceptable temperature rise
- Making sure all panels are properly installed Inspecting humidifier and changing filter if needed
Our A/C Maintenance Plan Includes:
- Inspecting condensing unit for signs of damage or refrigerant leaks (will see oil stains)
- Inspecting fan shroud (older units especially they will crack at mounting bolts)
- Checking condenser coil, if dirty we clean with hose spray from inside out or blow clean with compressed air or nitrogen
- Checking all electrical components and electrical connections, ensuring all lugs are tight
- Testing A/C operation Checking compressor amp draw, pressures, sub cooling and superheat
- Ensuring all panels are reinstalled and power on to the unit
